Delivery:

Rental office:
Please select the Budget rental station that you would like to pick up your car from, from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, please use the search facility - this is designed as a guide to finding the closest station.

Collection:
Please 'check' this box if you would like your car to be collected. You then need to search for the closest rental office which will collect from you using the 'search button' on the right. You will be asked for a precise collection address in Step 3.

Car group:
Please select the car group you would like to rent. Examples of the type of car which is available in each group is provided in the drop-down menu. Please note that you can only select the car-group rather than an exact model. For further information on the Budget fleet, please see the Car Guide in our 'Guide to renting' section.

Some companies have a rate code rather than a Discount code.

BCD number:
If you have a Discount code, please enter it here. BCD numbers start with a letter followed by a series of 6 numbers. (eg A123456)

BCN / RapidRez number:
If you have a BCN / RapidRez number, please enter it here. This will allow the booking engine to pre-populate some of your personal details e.g. name and address to save you time. To obtain a BCN / RapidRez number, you need to join Budget. This means that you just sign one Master Rental Agreement without the need to queue or complete further paperwork. For further details and to join, please go to our 'Business Services' section.

Surname:
If you have entered a BCN / RapidRez number, please enter your surname.

IATA-Number:
If you are a travel agent and have an IATA number, please enter this here. We need this to pay any commission and for management information to travel agents who have an account with us. If you are a travel agent and would like to set up an account, please call Budget Reservations (see Contact Us page).

Travel agency:
If you are a Travel Agency, please enter the name of your Travel Agency here.
